Results achieved with any fitness regimen often hinges on the accommpanying nutrition program. As an ISSA Specialist in Fitness Nutrition*, Carolyn Bell is able to assist clients with the factor that generally determines whether their exercise program fails or succeeds.

Fitness Nutrition coaching includes:









  • Assessment and evaluation
  • Nutrition planning
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Pantry and kitchen makeovers
  • Diet strategies for pre/during/post workouts, competitions and physical conditions**
  • Menu planning and grocery shopping
  • Meal preparation, recipes and cooking classes



Fitness nutrition sessions are $30 per hour.
