Fitness Nutrition coaching includes:

- Assessment and evaluation
- Nutrition planning
- Supplement recommendations
- Pantry and kitchen makeovers
- Diet strategies for pre/during/post workouts, competitions and physical conditions**
- Menu planning and grocery shopping
- Meal preparation, recipes and cooking classes

Fitness nutrition sessions are $30 per hour.
