Pilates provides the client with exercise strategies that incorporate combinations of using one's own body weight as well as equipment progressive resistance. Every exercise and every session compliation utlizes whole body movements to give you optimal gains from your fitness regimen. You will see results such as overall muscle tone and definition, reduction of abdominal fat, increased strength, flexibility and endurance and overall balance and well-being. 

Carolyn Bell conducts private Pilates instruction in a fully equipped Allergro Tower Reformer studio. Sessions are customized to individual fitness goals and physical assessments.
